Cancer Imaging Phenomics Toolkit (CaPTk)  1.9.0
BraTS Similarity Metrics Computation (CLI Only)

This algorithm calculates the similarity metrics used for the Brain Tumor Segmentation (BraTS) challenge [1-5]

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Segmentation on which statistics are to be generated for comparision
  • Ground truth or reference of the segmentation

USAGE:

  • This application is only available as with a stand-alone CLI:
    ${CaPTk_InstallDir}/bin/Utilities.exe -i C:/test/outputSegmentation.nii.gz -lsb C:/referenceSegmentation.nii.gz
